Select Southwest flights through March

If you've been daydreaming of an epic getaway this fall or winter, now's the time to make that a reality. Southwest has blessed us with 50% off select flights during its Week of Wow sale — but you'll have to act fast.

Southwest customers can take 50% off base fares on limited flights booked between Sept. 26 and 28 (at 11:59 p.m. PT) and flown between Oct. 24, 2023 and March 6, 2024. Just enter the code WOW50 in the promo code box and watch the prices get slashed. You can even book that tropical vacation you've had your eye on, as international destinations like Cancun, Jamaica, and Turks and Caicos are included in this sale.

There is some fine print to keep in mind, however, including blackout dates, fare class, and availability. Blackout dates in the continental U.S. include Nov. 17-22 and 25-27, Dec. 21-23 and 26-30, Jan. 1-2 and 6-7, Feb. 16, and Feb. 19. There are also specific blackout dates that apply for travel in Orange County, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations. Sale fares are valid for both one-way and round-trip Wanna Get Away and Wanna Get Away Plus fares.

Southwest tosses out epic deals and flash sales left and right throughout the year, but the Week of Wow deals are truly some of the best we've seen. Besides the 50% off deal it's running through Sept. 28, the airline also announced that through Dec. 31, customers can save up to 30% on Budget car rental base fares and earn up to three times the Rapid Rewards points. Keep an eye out for other excellent deals during the Week of Wow on southwest.com.
